GREAT food! GREAT service! Reasonable. Love it! Fajitas are amazing, especially the Hawaiian fajitas. Great Pico de gallo. We eat here quite a bit.

Terrible service, hope your not needy, one trip to the table, never coming back. Server was very short and rude, never came back to the table after our order.

Very average food but ok. Service could be a little better. Nice outdoor eating area that's covered. Will go back.

Horrible tasting margaritas, sub par salsa. Fajitas kind of made up for the other items, only reason I'm giving two stars instead of one. Staff is courteous and patio is nice. The food tastes like it came pre-packaged and they heated it then served it rather than authentic tasting Mexican.

We love the food and the people. However, we will no longer go there since they allow people to use electronic cigarettes inside the restaurant.

Great place for lunch. Easy to get in and out fast.

The whole family went here last night. The kids shared the shrimp nachos which is basically a whole bunch of sautéed shrimp on top of tortilla chips drenched with queso cheese sauce. I got a combo with chile relleno, beef burrito and a beef taco. My husband got the same. I wasn't blown away, but it was good. We normally get the Panchos Fajitas with chorizo, beef and chicken (for 1- which is really still too much food for 2 people). It is really quite good. The staff is very friendly and prices are good.

Having been here a few times I can safely say that this is a solid Mexican restraunant Eating on the balcony the biggest concern is that chairs are for lounging and not for eating. Service was responsive and the food was plentiful. Yay! I'm a fan

Pancho's Place is my favorite Mexican place in Spring Hill. I have eaten here over 10 times and have also eaten at it's other location in Franklin (which is gone now). Everything I have ordered was delicious. Their salsa and queso make a great appetizer and their chicken fajitas are the best around! PROS -Food -Price -Friendly employees CONS -None

This spot is a family favorite. One of our favorite dishes here would be the fajita nachos... a whole pile of nacho goodness!

Well I had to wander on down to Panchos hoping for a good local watering hole....it is obviously the place to go if you have 4 or more children. The place was packed with families and groups with tons of little kids. The food was just okay and I thought the prices were a little on the high side for what it was. I wanted to sit outside just like I wanted to do when I went to the other local mexican joint Titos but again they forced us to sit inside because they wanted to sit a big group out there. I think I am just going to walk out of these places if I cannot sit where I want when I see open tables...The chips where really greasy also. Probably will only go back for a beverage to sit outside if I'm allowed..

We have been going to Pancho's for over 10 years and continue to be a regular to this day. I will not enter into a debate as to whether this is the best around but for us and our family...it is great! What we eat: Nachos- grilled steak or chicken with cheese sauce. Nothing fancy but tons of food that you can share. Steak tacos: tons of tender (even though it is well done) steak with loads of cheese on the side. I get with sour cream and pico on the side. Taco salad: a staple on all Mexican eateries and this one is solid...during lunch hours the $5.50 price is great too. We find the service to be great ad we always try to ask for Alberto (Beto) and he takes care of us. For a place that can get our family out for $25...we love it!

I'm not a Pancho's fan... their food is bland, their service is unremarkable, their decor is lame and the atmosphere leaves a lot to be desired. It's slim pickins' in the Spring Hill area and despite it's lackluster cuisine, it ranks as the #2 Mexican restaurant in town (#1 being Taco Express). They have a full bar and their margarita's are good... but that's pretty much the extent of it. For better Mexican food, head up the road to Taco Express...

Great place to eat! The Best service at a Good price!

I have to agree with Steve M from IL. YUCK, and tasteless! I got the taco salad and was runny, wilted, sloppy and had no flavor! I didn't eat it all. Then I split the bill with a friend and they charged me for part of my friend's lunch. Taco bell has way better flavor! Taco bell's nacho burrito is a lot more bang/flavor for your buck and costs what the tip cost at this place.

Pancho's is definitely the best Mexican food in Spring Hill and Columbia. If you don't want to drive into Cool Springs or Nashville and are looking for good food at a reasonable price, then Pancho's is your place. Also, their top shelf margaritas are the best, don't waste your time with the regular ones. I will warn you that the wait can be 30 minutes to an 1 hour on Friday and Saturday nights. They also have live music every other Thursday, so cool place to go that doesn't require a drive back into the city after a long day at the office. Don't waste your time on the other place in town by Kroger....bad food, poor service and definitely not worth the money. Enjoy!

Not the best Mexican (which would be taco express) but as far as Tex Mex, it's good. It's my second choice for Mexican in Spring hill

Awful. How someone could make Mexican food tasteless is beyond me. Their menu is far too extensive, which is probably why for a large order of food for many people everything came to me lukewarm and almost cold. You don't have to overseason Mexican food, but at least use some salt and pepper!! Salsa was like tomato soup with a hint of heat--I had to add some salt in order to make it tolerable.

The best Mexican food in The Hill. If anything it is too popular. It seems everytime you go there is a crowd waiting to get in. There is an expansive menu and the service is fast and fresh.

Typical lousy quasi-Mexican fare, slightly better than La Hacienda. I'm not a fan of this restaurant style Mexican but you may be. Still, I prefer simpler and cheaper taqueria style and not paying over three dollars for a burrito. But they seem to have tricked middle Tennesseans into liking it this way, and they keep pouring in to engorge themselves on enchilada sauce, clumpy grated cheese, ground beef (not sure if you can find shredded beef) or overpriced asada. There is a good selection of Mexican beers, but they apparently priced as "exotic imports" not as the cheap aquaeous stuff they really are.

This one is tied for first with Tito's. I have no idea why anyone would say Taco Express is so great. I am guessing it's their employees giving them good reviews. My husband is Latino and he knows good Mexican food. Don't ask a white person about good Mexican food because they like Taco Bell! lol Seriously, Pancho's is really good and authentic. My relatives come here and that is where they want to eat.

Mexican Cuisine

If you enjoy Taco Tuesday, then you have officially fallen in love with the Mexican Food. The main grain of Mexican cuisine is maize. Also known as corn, maize is grown for the past 9000 years after the crop was discovered by the people in Mayan civilization. Mexican empire flourished when they started growing beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, sweet potato and cactus. Till this date these ingredients are used in cooking authentic Mexican dishes and drinks.

Great use of spices, fresh chili pepper dishes like fajitas, tortilla chips, corn chips, salsa, chimichangas, burritos, nachos and quesadillas are invented in America. But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.

Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque. Mexican Cuisine is for people who enjoy strong drinks and hearty meals.
